Betting Limits

Similar to deposit limits, you can set betting limits to control how much you wager over specific periods. Adjustments to these limits follow the same timing rules as deposit limits.

Reflection Periods and Self-Exclusion

If you feel the need to pause your gambling activity, bacanaplay offers options for reflection periods and self-exclusion:

  • Reflection Periods: Choose from 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to take a temporary break.
  • Self-Exclusion: Select a minimum period of three months or an indefinite period to exclude yourself from playing.

During self-exclusion, you will not be able to play, deposit funds, or receive marketing communications from bacanaplay. It may take up to 24 hours to remove you from all marketing lists. Your exclusion ends automatically when the selected period expires.

Self-Assessment

We provide a self-assessment test that helps you evaluate whether your gambling behaviour might be becoming problematic. Taking this test can help you understand your habits and take action before any issues escalate.

Age Restrictions and Protecting Minors
